General Questions

1. What methods of payment do I have?
- You can pay by immediate transfer or normal transfer.
- payment by Paypal, debit, COD, on account or credit card is not possible

2. How do you ship goods?
- Shipment is by normal post. Delivery time 5-12 working days.
- There is no express shipment for natural products.

3. Do I need a prescription to make an order?
- You need no further prescription for an order. You must however answer a health questionnaire on line.

4. How can I contact you by telephone?

6. When will the goods be delivered?
We ship straight after receipt of payment.

7. Are goods shipped discreetly?
Nobody can guess what is in a shipment.

8. Do you also ship to packing stations?
We also send to packing stations. A prior requirement for this is that the delivery reference for this is contained in your order.

9. Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address up until your order is shipped. To do this you need only send an e-mail to Support with the new address.

10. I've found negative reports about your offer, now I've had second thoughts.
Not all our regular customers can be wrong. We have a lot of customers who have ordered more than 10 times from us. Unfortunately, success also causes resentment which can be spread over the internet very easily.

11. Why can't you pay COD or on account?
Unfortunately we cannot offer payment by COD in Germany. We had to stop a payment on account test because payments were too small (30 % loss)

12. Can I cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled free of charge up to shipment.

13. I suffer form premature ejaculation. Have you got anything for this?

15. Can medication be returned and a refund obtained?
No. Under United States federal law no refunds may be made for prescription drugs. Even exchange is excluded. In the event of your goods being damaged or not received, we will make a new shipment or refund the costs. The decision is yours.

16. What's the situation with my security and data protection?
Both the protection of your personal data and your security are very important to us. We do not accept compromises on this. Industrial standard security measures are taken by us, above all SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We use a ciphered form to obtain information. For business reasons customers' e-mail addresses are stored by us. This applies too for credit card data and shipping addresses. Information given by customers is entered into a secured tested network. All transactions are stored on the secured database. We never pass on data given by customers to third parties. Neither is it sold or forwarded on from our intranet. No account data is accessible by unauthorized people. It will only be used by Pillendienst.com.

17. Do you sell narcotics too?
No, we do not sell narcotics. In general it is forbidden for pharmacists to ship narcotic substances or controlled substance to inhabitants of the U.S.A.

LIDA

1. Can you guarantee 100% that I will lose weight?
There is no such thing as a product with a 100% guarantee of success. Lida has had a success rate of about 90 % with proper use.

2. Will there be complications if I take the Pill at the same time?
It is unknown for problems to arise.

3. If I no longer want a product can I send the order back?
We accept unopened products. You will be refunded the sum paid on receipt of the goods.

4. What colour is the powder in the capsules?
The colour of the powder is brown.

5. Do they contain the right active agent?
Yes, they do. The quantity is halved from 60 mg to 30 mg.

Generika

1. What exactly are generic products?
Generic products are "clones" of branded products (e.g. Rathiopharm specializes in generic products, each Rathiopharm product being a clone of another product).

2. What do the contents look like?
The contents are identical to the branded product and have the same effect. Viagra consists of 100 mg Sildenafil, Cialis of 20 mg Tadalavil and Levitra of 20 mg Vardenafil.

3. Why do generic products mostly look different to the original?
There are extensive reasons in patent law so that there is no confusion between generic products and the original. Because of this there can be differences in size, colour and taste but not in the decisive active agent.

4. Is the quality the same as branded products?
Our generic products are produced by well-known pharmaceutical concerns who are subject to the same regulations as the manufacturers of the branded product.

5. Why are generic products cheaper?
You have to see how the products at the discount store have different packaging but the same content and at an even better price. The main advantage is that the high development costs do not have to be passed on the product.
